Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and the remaining balance is due a week prior to your event. All deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule it will be applied towards that different date, as long as you give us one weeks’ notice. Note, that if it rains the day of your event No refunds and No rain checks will be given due to the weather. Our kind suggestion is to please look at the forecast prior to your event and in this case we give you 48 hours to reschedule.
How long is the rental period?
All of our houses are left at your event for 3-5 hours depending on your event need if you wish to have it for a longer period we will add $100 per additional hour. We will set up the bounce house an hour before the event unless you have purchased balloon installation from us we will be there with more advanced time. However, if Balloon Garlands are purchased with outside vendors, we will charge $100 per additional hour to give your vendor time to set up. If your outside vendor requires our assistance with the installation of balloon garland on our houses we require fee of $75.00. This needs to be planned ahead if it’s on the date of the event a $100 fee will be charged. Ask about this, as not everyone knows how to install garlands on our houses.
What are the house sizes
Both of current houses are 13x13x13, please note that if your party is indoors you must have enough ceiling clearance. Preferably a 15-16ft height ceiling.
How many people can BOUNCE at the same time?
We recommend the following per house:
Snow White Traditional Castle: 4-6 people not exceeding 500lbs if you will be bouncing. If it’s just for a photo 5-8 not exceeding 700lbs combined.
Betty White Tent House: 4 people not exceeding 500lbs if you will be bouncing. If it’s just for a photo 5-6 not exceeding 700lbs combined.
Where can you set up the houses?
Our houses can be set up in Grass area which is our favorite and is the best for children, but we are able to set up on concreate and asphalt. We cannot setup on dirt or any type of rocks. We kindly ask that you clean the surface area where you would like for us to set up prior to the event.
***If you have artificial grass, turf you must know we use stakes to secure our bounce houses. It is your responsibility at the time of the agreement to let us know for us to be prepare with an alternative, should you not want us to use the stakes. If we arrive at your event and the house cannot be held down using stakes, we will not leave the house nor set it up in your event and you will loose your money. If we must leave your event to obtain an alternative to secure the bounce house, you will be asked to pay a $175 fee; keep in mind if there are other scheduled deliveries on your event day you must wait until those have delivered prior to our return to your event.
Do you have additional fees if the bounce houses are returned dirtier than the expected?
Yes, our bounce houses will be inspected to ensure they are in a good prime condition. If we find that the houses have excessive dirt or mess from the party you had, specifically stains from either food, beverage and face painting which we do not permit your card on file will be charged $550, as we will have to get our houses cleaned, disinfected and fixed of all damages caused.
Do you work with Event Planners or Venue Owner?
Yes, we are happy to work with Event Planners and/or Event Coordinators. If you are an event planner and/or venue owner, please contact us as we will coordinate a call with you either through Zoom or Microsoft Teams to go over details and answer any questions you may have. Do know we will only work with a limited amount of Event Planners as we pride in our customer service and need to ensure that our clients receive the best services and that our houses will be taken care off.
** To our clients that are in need of Event Planners for party decorations, wall rentals, florals, invitations, custom prints etc. we will provide you with the vendors that we work with. As these vendors, have been approved by us to work and install balloons on our houses. You may use other vendors to install balloons on our houses but please know you will will be charged a $175 fee.

It is very important that everyone who enters and exits our bounce houses is safe. This has to be done in a safely manner and that the capacity limit is being met while bouncing. This is why we have updated our policy and an attendant will be required should your event exceed 7 children and or if your event is on a holiday or long holiday weekends. This will give you peace of mind and the opportunity to have a stress free event, also we will make sure all directions are being followed.
Strongly suggest children ages 1-3 bounce separately from those over the age of 3.
A waiver must be signed and read thoroughly once you have booked one of our houses for your event. With more details pertaining safety, rules and fees.
